System Requirements

macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later
Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4/M5) processor
50 MB of available disk space

Download

Download the latest version from zenboard.app/download .

Install

Open the downloaded .dmg file
Drag Zenboard.app into the Applications folder
Eject the disk image

First Launch

When you open Zenboard for the first time, macOS may display a security warning:

“Zenboard can’t be opened because Apple cannot verify it.”

This is not because the app is harmful or contains malware. The warning appears because the app has not yet been signed with an official Apple developer certificate.

To open anyway:

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security
Scroll down and click “Open Anyway” next to Zenboard
Click Open in the confirmation dialog

After this one-time process, Zenboard will launch normally from then on.
